Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Standard Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and sealed (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Returns must be requested and approved before shipping your item back.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note, due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and personal care products are non-returnable if opened or used.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

Exchanges

Need a different item?

The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original. Once the return is approved and received, we’ll issue your refund.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Tracking shows delivered and haven't received.

If the tracking detail shows that the parcel has been delivered. However, you haven't received it or deny receipt of delivery. A claim and further investigation would be initiated with the relevant shipping company. Depending on the investigation report a refund or replacement would be sent out.

Shipping Address Error

Refunds will not be provided for the delay in delivery due to error in shipping address provided while placing the order. The address error needs to be informed to us before the parcel has been dispatched by us. After dispatch there are no guarantees the address can be amended.
