Order Process

oudandbloom.co.uk will address all the disclosures to your registered email address. As soon as you register or place an order from our website, you should receive a confirmation email. Contact us right away if you do not receive an email. We do not stand accountable if you fail to receive emails directed to the email address you supply as you register.

Following are the steps necessary to create the contract between you and us:

Primarily, you place your order on our website by confirming with a click on the given button at the end of the checkout process.
Subsequently, we email you an order acknowledgment listing all the products you have ordered. Not to be mistaken for order confirmation or order acceptance from oudandbloom.co.uk.
After we dispatch your product from our warehouse, we direct a shipping confirmation email.

There is a security flag raised by the payment provider or the billing address does not match with the address of registered card details.
Ordering sample products which are not as per companies offer.

Our website possesses the authority to limit the order quantity for disposal which is subject to the availability of the selected item.

The orders may take 2-4 days to be shipped during the surge. Most of the orders are received within 2-3 days following dispatch. While we cannot commit to the speed of the postal service, we request you to stay put up until 8 business days for Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Discounts & Offers

The discounts and offers are subject to change and are for limited time period. They can be changed or stopped without prior notice. One discount code is valid per order and the offers and discounts cannot be combined.

Sales taxes & import VAT on orders are all pre-paid by us. On oudandbloom.co.uk, you can shop worry free knowing that the price you see is the price you pay. Please note: We have no control over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.

Product Source:

We uses different suppliers inside and outside of the UK. It cannot guarantee where production has been done of the product. The ordered product can be manufactured in the UK or outside and can be sourced from UK or outside UK.

Response Time:

We requires the user to respond to all information or proof approval request in three days. If the user fails to respond to the request for any reason, We will use the best judgment on if and how to proceed.

Delays:

Please allow a minimum of 24 hour for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Any orders placed after 1.00 PM will be fulfilled the following day and orders placed after 1.00 PM on Friday till Sunday midnight will be fulfilled on Monday. There may be delays due to public holidays. Any delay due to shipping has to be addressed directly with the shipping company.

Shipping, Refund and Returns:

The company uses third party shipping providers. Any concern or issues occurred through the shipping providers needs to be addressed with them.

Miscellaneous:

These TOS will be binding upon each party hereto and its successors and permitted assigns, and governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without reference to conflict of law principles.
