Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver the product as per the timeline promised to you while accepting the order. We are dependent on the third-party carriers and shipment partners to fulfil Customer’s order. But, however due to fault of the third-party carriers, shipment partners, any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or any other situation that may arise may restrict us to fulfil the order within the promised timeline at the time of acceptance of the order.

We shall reasonably endeavor to fulfil the order. However, we do not guarantee or provide any kind of assurance to deliver the product within the promised timeline as the timeline provided at the time acceptance of order is an estimated timeline and not a definitive timeline. .

Order processing and dispatch take place exclusively on Working days. Orders placed on non-working day, or a UK bank holiday will be processed on the immediately following Working Day.

Orders are typically delivered in the promised timeline to our Customer’s at acceptance of the order. Any delivery dates, schedules, or timeframes provided by us  are non-binding estimates only. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage or expense arising out of or in connection with any delay in order processing, dispatch, or delivery, regardless of the cause. 

The Customer bears sole responsibility for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout while their purchase. We shall not be liable for misdirected, lost, or delayed shipments caused by Customer address errors or any such errors which are caused without any involvement of Astute and all such additional re-routing, reshipping fees including other associated fees as determined by us shall be borne entirely by the Customer. 

If a shipment is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts or a failure by the Customer to collect the package, the Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with return, transit and re-dispatch. 

Orders containing one or more pre-order products alongside in-stock products, the entire order will be held and dispatched in a single consolidated shipment once all pre-order products become available in stock. In-stock products within the same order will not be dispatched separately.
